As a Dispatch Supervisor at Nurik Switches, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatching of goods, managing billing processes, and maintaining optimal store inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the dispatching of goods as per customer orders, handling billing processes to ensure accuracy and promptness, and monitoring inventory levels for timely replenishment. You will work closely with the warehouse team, drivers, and customer service to coordinate operations effectively and track customer orders for timely delivery. Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and leading a team of dispatchers and warehouse staff will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
