The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing regular inspections and checks. The role includes coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow, maintaining relevant documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Senior Technician will also contribute to the training and mentoring of junior technicians. Qualifications Technical Expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Ability to perform inspections, and monitor system performance Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and coordination skills Experience in training and mentoring junior staff Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience Relevant certifications or licensure in the technical domain is a plus
