Job Summary: As a Data Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order management, production coordination, and logistics execution. You'll monitor our Shopify platform, coordinate with our Surat office, factory production team, and logistics company to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your strong computer skills and excellent English communication will drive our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor Shopify platform for: - Receiving orders - Client confirmations - Order tracking and updates 2. Coordinate with: - Surat office for offline order receipt - Factory production team for order execution and packaging - Logistics company for timely and correct dispatch 3. Ensure accurate and timely data entries for: - Order receipt and processing - Production coordination - Logistics and dispatch 4. Maintain organized records and databases 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes Requirements: 1. Strong computer skills, preferably with experience in Shopify or e-commerce platforms 2. Excellent English communication and writing skills 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively 4. Attention to detail and organizational skills 5. Basic knowledge of data management and analysis 6. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Nice to Have: 1. Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing industry 2.
