Key Responsibilities Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow between production, stock, and dispatch. Manage the manufacturing of eco-products from raw materials to finished goods as per Pushpam’s process and quality standards. Plan weekly production schedules with the core team and align manpower, materials, and timelines. Supervise machine operations, maintenance schedules, and ensure safety compliance in the factory. Work closely with the R&D and design team to implement new product developments. Ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain records for audits and performance tracking. Lead and train factory staff to achieve productivity, quality, and sustainability goals. Minimise Loss of Material during production and maximise efficiency. Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in small-scale or eco-product manufacturing preferred. Experience in a wood-work related machines and wood working tools preferred. Familiarity with production planning, inventory control, and costing. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, My Bill Book, Google Sheets). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Work closely with product designers and photographers to craft visual stories around new collections. You Should Have.. 1+ year of experience in graphic / brand / packaging design.
