Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Site Supervisor, located in Ludhiana. The Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance with electrical engineering standards, managing electrical equipment, and supervising site activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members, monitoring site progress, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Equipment management skills Knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and on-site Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in transformer manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
