Role & responsibilities Visit hospitals to understand their claims management challenges and close leads by providing customized solutions. Collect hospital documentation and onboard them into our system by coordinating with our partner NBFC. Maintain relationships with existing portfolio clients and address their operational issues by coordinating with the internal operations team. Demonstrate autonomy in your role, taking full ownership and responsibility for all aspects of your work. Engage with hospitals and their patients to onboard them while ensuring adherence to NucleonHealth's processes for claim submissions. Provide training to hospital staff to ensure their understanding of and compliance with our procedures. Effectively communicate NucleonHealth's processes and terms to patients, hospitals, and personnel. Key Accountability Onboard hospitals into our network. Maintain ongoing relationships with the hospitals once onboarded. Primary Skills Experience in sales within the financing industry (e.g., banking or NBFC), or experience in the hospital marketing industry.
