About the job: We are looking to hire a customer service representative for one of our US-based clients. The working hours will be as per the US time zone (night shift). It is a work-from-home job. Key responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers 2. Solve as many of these issues as possible 3. Route more difficult calls to the team via voicemail, customer service platform, or bug tracker 4. Solve the issues on the customer service platform, starting with the oldest and moving to the newest 5. Create FAQs based on the types of questions 6. Find ways to reduce the volume of customer service calls and emails 7.
