Coordinate with Buying, Client , and Production teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. Oversee vendor communications, product development, sampling, and order follow-ups. Lead cross-functional teams and maintain critical path timelines. Troubleshoot challenges, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met. Work closely with internal creative teams to translate design intent into finished products. Report directly to the Managing Director , providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions. 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 2-5 years in merchandising. Expertise: Strong understanding of production, product development, and quality standards. Skills: Exceptional leadership, time management, and cross-department collaboration.
