Are you passionate about storytelling through visuals? Do you have a sharp eye for detail and love editing real estate and lifestyle content? We're looking for a Video Editor to join our growing team and help bring our properties to life! 🔹 Role Overview: As our Video Editor , you’ll work closely with our sales and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging property videos for marketing and digital platforms. You’ll turn raw footage into compelling stories that highlight the best features of our residential projects—Gated Communities, Villas, Apartments, and more. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Edit property walk through videos, teaser clips, and promotional reels. Collaborate with content writers and marketing to align visuals with brand messaging. Add voice overs, subtitles, transitions, effects, and music as needed. Optimise video formats for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.). Organise and manage media files and maintain a streamlined editing workflow. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar. Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a creative team.
