Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate Sales to lead and grow our corporate client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving business growth through key accounts, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in targeted industries. Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer service. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Drive revenue growth and expand the company’s footprint in the corporate segment. Recruit, train, and manage a team of corporate sales executives as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., logistics, SaaS, IT, etc.]. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage large accounts. Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and key account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. Number of new corporate clients acquired. Revenue generated per account. Client retention and satisfaction scores. Sales team performance metrics (if managing a team).
