Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled NSICU Staff Nurses to join our Neuro-Surgical ICU team at Almas Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and speedy recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to post-operative neuro-surgical patients in a critical care setting.
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, intracranial pressure monitors, and other critical devices.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood transfusions as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, anesthetists, and critical care teams for holistic care planning.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies following ACLS/BLS protocols.
• Educate patients’ families regarding care procedures and updates.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ICU/NSICU preferred.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is mandatory.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Experience:

• NSICU: 3 years (Required)
