Job Title: Sales Coordinator in IOT and AI field Location: Kolkata-Saltlake with occasional travel. Employment Type: Full-Time No. of positions: 1 NrXen family is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced tech environment. He is detail-oriented, and can ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. High energy, eye for minute details and ‘get it done’ attitudes are key for the future champion of our team. Responsibilities: Support sales team with lead follow-ups, proposals, and client communication. Manage sales documentation including quotations, contracts, and invoices. Maintain CRM with accurate data and generate regular sales reports. Act as a single point of contact for customer queries and ensure high satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and accounts teams for billing, customer cooperation and smooth execution. Skills & qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field( Science/Engg. background is a strong +). 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support desirable. Exceptional fresher are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Sales force/Zoho ) preferred. Strong communication written and oral, organizational, and multitasking skills.
