NRI Operations Specialist - Mutual Funds

As a part of SBNRI, you will be handling the Mutual Funds KYC division and overseeing its end-to-end operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with intermediary platforms like BSE Star, Redvision, etc. - Liaising with sub-distributors and customers for approvals, onboarding, KYC, etc. - Generating various reports as per internal processes and for client information purposes. - Uploading applications for new entities in DBMS software. - Providing administrative support for daily data entry using MS Excel. - Addressing and resolving customer queries (both new and existing) related to their KYC and investments. - Compiling monthly reports of all data and submitting them to your immediate superior. Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in Mutual Funds KYC operations is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and report preparation. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and intermediaries. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
