Key Responsibilities: - Network Design and Planning: Responsible for designing and planning the layout of telecommunications networks, involving the selection of appropriate technologies and equipment. - Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitoring network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance speed, capacity, and reliability. - Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving network issues, encompassing hardware and software malfunctions. - Network Implementation: Overseeing the deployment of new network infrastructure and upgrades. - Capacity Planning: Ensuring the network can accommodate current and future traffic demands. - Customer Support: Providing technical assistance to customers regarding network performance and resolving issues effectively.
