NPI Project Manager

Job Description: - Manage HMCL and MSIL customer projects to ensure flawless launch and ramp-up of new products without any customer escalations. - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects. - Proactively identify any potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies. - Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. - Conduct regular project reviews to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure project milestones are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
