To strengthen our team and enhance our people operations, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin professional to join our Siliguri office. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced HR & Admin professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling HR operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the office. You will act as the bridge between management and employees, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Understand departmental hiring requirements and job specifications in coordination with department heads. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks. Conduct telephonic, video, or in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and fitment. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and final selection with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and assist with pre-onboarding and joining formalities. Human Resources Operations Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave data, and documentation. Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure timely communication with employees regarding HR policies, notices, and updates. Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, and statutory compliance files. Administrative Responsibilities Manage office administration including facility management, vendor coordination, and inventory control. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth office operations. Handle employee travel, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements. Support the management team in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and compliance within the office premises. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR & Administration roles, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector. Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employee relations, and HR operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools. Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
