NPD & R&D Rubber Technologist

We are seeking an R&D and NPD- Rubber Technologist to develop new rubber compounds and mats, improve existing formulations, and support manufacturing processes to meet international quality standards. This role requires strong knowledge of polymers, hands-on experience in product development, and the ability to run and maintain an R&D lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new rubber compounds and mats; improve existing formulations.
• Conduct lab experiments, analytical testing, and performance evaluations.
• Support manufacturing in scaling up formulations and solving production issues.
• Ensure compliance with international quality and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and QA/QC teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective products.
• Strong knowledge in compund mixing and formulation

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, polymers, and additives.
• Hands-on experience in mixing, processing, and testing rubber products.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, or BIS standards.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset with strong teamwork skills.
