NPD head

You are responsible for leading the New Product Development (NPD) team at our company in Faridabad. With over 15 years of experience in the Sheet Metal & Heavy Fabrication industry, you will oversee the development of new products from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for new product development - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to drive innovation - Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred - Proven track record of successful new product development in the Sheet Metal & Heavy Fabrication industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently Please note that this is a full-time position based in Faridabad, and the salary range is between 8-12 LPA (CTC).,
