NP Interio, a leading modular furniture manufacturer based in Vadodara, is looking for a motivated and experienced GEM Portal & E-Procurement Executive to manage government e-marketplace operations and online procurement activities for our factory. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations of GEM Portal (Government e-Marketplace). Identify, evaluate, and participate in relevant tenders and bids. Handle product uploading, catalog management, and pricing on GEM. Prepare documentation, technical bids, and compliance requirements for tenders. Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment. Track procurement opportunities from PSU/Govt. organizations. Ensure timely submission of bids and order processing. Maintain proper records and reporting of GEM/e-procurement activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BE preferred). Minimum 2 years of practical experience working with GEM Portal and e-procurement processes. Thorough understanding of government procurement policies, tendering, and e-tender portal usage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively. Language Known: Hindi & English Salary As per industry standards (Negotiable for right candidate).
