Plan, organize and assign activities that are specific to each kid’s abilities. Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress and develop Individualized educational programs (IEPs) specific to each kid’s needs. Discuss student’s progress with parents, counsellors, and administrators. Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids. To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders. Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child centred environment. Slowing down the activity of the children who are hyperactive kids.
