Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, based in Bahadurgarh. The role involves day-to-day management of IT operations, including overseeing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security. The IT Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing IT projects, supporting employees with technical needs, and coordinating with external vendors. The role requires adherence to company policies and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience in IT management, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting technical issues Knowledge of data security, network administration, and software management Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train employees Experience with regulatory compliance and maintaining IT standards Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Certifications in IT management or related areas are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
