Operate injection molding machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up molds, change molds, and adjust machine settings as required. Monitor the molding process and ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets. Inspect molded parts visually and using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) for defects and conformance to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas. Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or process issues to maintenance or supervisors. Accurately complete production reports, logs, and documentation. Ensure safe operation by following safety protocols and reporting hazards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity. Qualifications: 12th Pass/diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating injection molding machines (preferred). Familiarity with plastic molding materials and processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
