I purchased Novamax Kazer cooler on 29th May 24, It was my bad experience from my life to purchase Novamax Kazer cooler. I have raised thrice times of complaint but our problem could not resolve till times. Still it's fan was Jam yesterday night and the water is leaking from the cooler body.

Very bad experience of buying Novamax cooler from Flipkart. Received damaged item as found it's not cooling due to damaged honeycomb pads. Requested for exchange item but creating issue in collection. Please stay awat online purchase & purchase the branded item from city shopkeeper.

As of now my first service was quick and good. Still need to observe the performance of cooler and novamax service next time. I purchased novamax cooler first time. I hope it will run long.
