We’re looking for a hands-on growth hacker to help us design and scale a repeatable GTM engine for performance marketing agencies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build campaigns, assets, and playbooks that generate leads and convert agencies into long-term customers. 🚀 What You’ll Do Build and run outbound + inbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, landing pages) targeting performance marketing agencies. Create sales enablement and marketing assets — one-pagers, case studies, demo videos — tailored for agency pain points. Launch and optimize paid growth tests (LinkedIn/Meta retargeting to agency leads). Set up the systems and reporting to track outreach, funnel metrics, and ROI. Work closely with founders to shape a repeatable GTM playbook for agency acquisition and retention. 🎯 Who You Are A scrappy, creative growth operator with 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or agency marketing. Skilled at blending strategy and execution — from copywriting and asset creation to campaign ops. Comfortable owning the full funnel : awareness, engagement, conversion.
