Key ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Daily RoutineFeeding the baby/child as per schedule (including bottle-feeding or assisting with meals). Bathing, dressing, and maintaining the child’s hygiene. Putting the baby to sleep and following nap routines. Diaper changing and maintaining baby’s cleanliness. Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities (stories, playtime, developmental games). Monitoring child's health, comfort, and behaviour throughout the day. Accompanying the child for walks, doctor visits, or outings when required. Household & Baby-Related TasksWashing and folding the child’s clothes. Sterilising bottles, feeding items, and maintaining hygiene in the nursery area. Keeping the baby’s room, toys, and play area clean and organised. Preparing basic baby meals if needed. (Note: No heavy household chores unless mutually agreed.) Safety & Well-BeingEnsuring a safe environment at all times. Informing parents immediately about any change in health, discomfort, or unusual behaviour. Following all instructions regarding baby schedule, food, and care. Cultural CompatibilityShould be comfortable working in a Punjabi household environment. Must maintain respect, good behaviour, and clean habits at all times. Should value family privacy and confidentiality. Work ScheduleFull-time, Live-In (24x7 availability when baby needs care; adequate rest hours will be ensured). Weekly off can be discussed depending on workload/schedule. Accommodation & FacilitiesSeparate/clean accommodation inside the home. All meals provided by the family. Basic personal needs can be supported if required. Preferred Candidate RequirementsExperience as a nanny or caretaker (infants/children). Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude. Trustworthy, disciplined, and hygienic. Non-smoker, non-drinker preferred. Ability to bond well with the child and family. SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience and responsibilities. Annual raise and festival bonus can be discussed.
