Job Title: Sales Specialist – IT Solutions Location: Mumbai (On-site with Field Visits) Experience: 2–3 Years in IT Sales Salary - Rs. 80,000/- per month Performance-linked target bonus Annual sales target: ₹1Cr Bonus will be based on target achievement Preference: Candidates currently based in Mumbai or Maharashtra Note: We are not looking for very senior candidates who may find it difficult to adapt to our agile culture. Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Specialist who is a go-getter, passionate about IT sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 startup-like culture. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, pitching innovative solutions, and contributing actively to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CRM, ERP, or other IT solutions to SMEs, and must be comfortable with field and industrial visits, especially when targeting prospects who are not present on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer (not mandatory), industry forums, and offline channels like industrial visits, field outreach, and networking (mandatory). Pitch and promote our IT services and solutions to potential clients across industries. Conduct market research and build a sustainable sales pipeline by leveraging both existing contacts and new opportunities. Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and solution demos. Visit client sites, attend networking events, and represent the company at industry meetups. Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to create customized proposals and quotations. Learn and contribute to proposal writing and RFP responses, with a willingness to grow into a full-cycle sales contributor. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development, preferably in a service-based company. Experience in selling CRM, ERP, or related tech solutions to SMEs, including via offline lead generation methods (field visits, industrial outreach, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals. Technically aware and able to understand/communicate service offerings (Web, App, AI, Cloud, etc.). Familiarity with lead generation tools/platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and others. Comfortable with field visits, in-person meetings, and travel within Mumbai and nearby regions. Previous client connects and networks in relevant industries will be an added advantage. Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to hustle in a high-performance environment. Must be currently residing in Mumbai or willing to relocate, as this is an on-site role with regular in-person interactions.
