North India Compressors is looking for CRM Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyaltyManaging and maintaining the company's CRM system, including data entry, data cleansing, and data segmentation Analyzing customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns and communications to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business goals and objectivesEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM systemProviding training and support to staff members on the use of the CRM system Conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experienceMonitoring and analyzing customer interactions across various channels, such as email, social media, and chatbots
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and CRM tools Handle client queries and service-related concerns professionally Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues Follow up with clients for feedback and service satisfaction Generate and analyze CRM reports Note: Has minimum experince above 1-3 years.
