Position Title: Business Development Manager (Meta channel) Reporting to Manager Key Requirements: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in field sales and Minimum 2–3 years in a team handling role. Proven track record in B2C sales from NBFC, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
