Roles and Responsibilities Should have knowledge of Fabric, Trim & Packing etc. Analyze the Fabric quality, testing, Parameter etc. Review monthly Sales Data Produce the monthly quantity Raise the internal PO to produce the goods Make requisition to Purchase - fabric, Trim & Packing. Check ERF/Order form Check Measurement Check cutting, Stitching Techniques while stitching Inspect the Garments with Pattern once with Stitchmen Inspect the wastage, Color & Fabric. Coordinate with design team to develop new products based on seasonal trends and customer feedback. Plan and execute sampling process for new product lines, ensuring timely delivery of samples to customers. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock movements, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing corrective actions. Develop strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
