Managing Travel and Accommodation as per applicability. • Purchase Bill Management: Verify and book purchase bills, manage vendor communications, and follow up for approvals and payments. · Documentation:- Making travel and visa arrangements, Calendar Management of the Founder , Aiding HR in their functions like collecting documents of new joiners, Preparing Appointment Letter · Salary Payments Qualification : - Any Bachelors Degree Skills:- · • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Office-based with occasional external coordination with vendors and accounting firms • Interaction with cross-functional teams for various administrative tasks • Experience in similar roles; design/interior/architecture industry experience preferred
