Role Remote, freelance content writer who can ship sharp, scroll-stopping posts and build an engaged community. You’ll create for LinkedIn first , with light repurposing for web. What You'll Do Cadence: 4 LinkedIn posts/week (mix of hooks, carousels, micro-stories) + 1 community post/week (poll, prompt, challenge). Formats: single-image hooks, 6–10 slide carousels, short reels (15–30s), micro-essays ( Talk, Discipline = Freedom. Community: Daily accountability prompts, weekly challenges, shout-outs. Resources: Habit tracker, focus tools, productivity systems (teasers + downloads) etc. Stories: “No-Excuse Wins” from members; founder stories with receipts. Engagement: 20–30 min/day to reply to meaningful comments, highlight member wins, and drive the conversation forward. Process: 2-week content calendar with hooks & thumbnails (Friday EOD). 24-hour turnaround on feedback/edits. Weekly analytics snapshot with learnings & next steps. Your Targets Monthly (first 90 days) Followers: +1,200 to +1,800 /month Avg engagement rate per post: ≥5% Comment quality: 100+ thoughtful comments/month (excludes “nice post”) Output: 16+ posts/month (min 4 carousels, 2 short videos) Community: 4 “No-Excuse” stories/month sourced and published Quarterly (Day 90) Total followers: 5,000+ Avg ER: 5–7% 3 “tent-pole” posts/quarter: 50k+ impressions or 500+ engagements Email waitlist/DM leads captured from LinkedIn: 100+ You'll Fit In If You Hate excuses.
