The person should be a quick at learning and enthusiastic about driving sales. Key Responsibilities: · Managing daily store operations. · Learning about the innovations and features of all the brands and products curated at the store. · Meeting customers, addressing all their queries, doing demos of the products to the prospects, build good relations with them to ensure customer satisfaction. · Driving revenue. · Managing all the leads from different mediums to drive product sales. · Inventory management and control. · Coordinating local marketing activities · Ensuring a high-end, health-focused store experience What We Are Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A business-first and people-first mindset with a deep understanding of the importance of customer experience and satisfaction. Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment.
