The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the nonprofit, social enterprise, or youth development sector. Understanding what differentiates an extracurricular project on elite university applications is essential. A strong passion for mentoring youth and fostering their development into confident and capable changemakers is key. Strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to coach students in leading high-quality, well-documented initiatives are necessary. Being organized, communicative, and able to inspire others to collaborate effectively is highly valued. This role is based onsite in Bangalore.
