Join our team as a Non-Voice Support Trainee where you will be responsible for managing email communications to ensure that our customers receive timely and high-quality assistance. Your main duties will involve efficiently resolving customer queries, explaining company policies and benefits, and overall maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally. - Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing policy details, claims records, and other relevant documentation. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, responses, and resolutions.
