Non It Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with expertise in Finance and Accounting recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for finance-related positions, ensuring timely closure of open requirements and hiring quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance and Accounting positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and internal databases.
• Handle recruitment for roles such as:
• Accountants
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Executives
• Financial Analysts
• Finance Executives
• Taxation and GST Executives
• Payroll Executives
• Audit Professionals
• MIS and Financial Reporting Executives
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts and follow-ups.
• Ensure candidates join within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance professionals.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably Finance hiring.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
