Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT US Staffing Recruiter with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various Non-IT requirements across the US market.

Required Skills

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT US Staffing.
Good understanding of US recruitment processes.
Knowledge of US work authorizations and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience with Boolean searches and candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with US time zones.
Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.
