A Non-IT Help Desk Executive is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers or employees regarding non-technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing questions related to company policies, services, or products. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving non-technical problems will be essential, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
