Role & Responsibilities - The candidate must be able to: 1) Prepare high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines like Chinese, Continental, Indian, Fastfood 2) Maintain taste, consistency, and hygiene standards. 3) Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. 4) Manage food prep, cutting, marination, and stock planning. 5) Maintain proper portion control and avoid wastage. 6) Ensure quick service with clean presentation. 7) Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstation at all times.
