Role & responsibilities Responsible for leading and directing all sales activities for high-end residential properties . This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and driving revenue growth within the luxury real estate market. Strategic Sales Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the luxury market, including pre-launch strategies, pricing strategies, and market analysis. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a sales team, providing guidance, and ensuring they achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNIs, potential buyers/tenants, and key stakeholders in the luxury real estate ecosystem. Sales Performance Management: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes. Market Analysis: Conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Business Development: Identifying and developing new sales channels, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach. Customer Experience: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Luxury Market Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of the luxury market, including customer behavior, trends, and preferences. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Skillfully negotiating deals and facilitating the closing of sales transactions. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 14+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in the luxury sector of the Noida Market. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales cycles, and customer behavior. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
