The ideal candidate will have full-stack expertise in Unity (C#) for the frontend, Node.js & Socket.io for backend game server development, and MongoDB for database management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay logic for real-time board and card games. Design and optimize Node.js + Socket.io backend for high-performance multiplayer experiences. Implement MongoDB data models for efficient game state, user profiles, leaderboards, and match history. Develop and integrate internet reconnection & uninterrupted gameplay features to handle temporary network dropouts. Optimize game performance for mobile, desktop, and web platforms. Work closely with designers, QA, and product managers to deliver smooth gameplay. Debug, profile, and optimize code for scalability and low latency. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in Unity game development. Proven experience in creating and publishing multiplayer games (portfolio required). Strong Node.js backend and Socket.io networking skills. Hands-on experience with MongoDB for game data storage. Knowledge of real-time game architecture and server synchronization techniques. Experience with network reconnection handling and maintaining game state during disconnections. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
