Requirement:

• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js,

following best coding and architectural practices.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong emphasis on

performance and reusability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across

environments.

• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and AWS services into backend systems.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality

deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js core modules.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying RESTful APIs and

microservices.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3,

DynamoDB, CloudWatch).

• Strong debugging, error handling, and production issue resolution skills.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven

architecture.

• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows

(GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in Node.js projects.
• Exposure to serverless frameworks (e.g., Serverless Framework, AWS SAM).
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL such as MongoDB,

DynamoDB).

• Experience with Pino/Winston or similar logging frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React or Angular) for full-stack

collaboration.

About your skills:

1. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.

2. Excellent computer science fundamentals with regards to data structures,

algorithms, time complexity etc.

3. 1 -3 years experience in Linux, Nodejs, Kafka, Storm, REST services, MongoDB.

4. Experience with real-time data processing engines and low latency systems is

preferred.

5. Experience with writing unit test cases for Nodejs components

6. Experience with Agile methodology
