Job Description

We are currently seeking a Node.js Consultant to be a part of our team at Wissen Infotech in Bangalore. As an experienced professional with over 7 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express. Your responsibilities will include building RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party services, optimizing for performance, and implementing security best practices. Collaboration with frontend teams using technologies like React, Vue, and Angular will be an integral part of your role. In this position, you will be working with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. It is essential to write clean and testable code, utilizing tools like Jest, Mocha, and Chai. Additionally, having experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and microservices, will be considered advantageous. Exposure to GraphQL and serverless architecture is also a plus. Apart from technical skills, we value soft skills such as strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset in our team members.
