Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the IT environment 24/7, which includes cloud, servers, network, and security infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level incident detection, analysis, and response. - Operating within NOC, SOC, and ROC functions to ensure proactive incident management. - Utilizing monitoring tools such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty to track system health, logs, and security events. - Performing real-time monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Escalating incidents to appropriate resolver teams as needed. - Maintaining a strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, ITIL processes, and security best practices. - Communicating effectively with global support teams to ensure SLA compliance and prevent business disruption.
