Inadequate knowledge at the insurance section.... sadistic behaviour by the insurance staffs.......they are giving mental harrasment to the patients...... overall hospital staffs are good but admin and insurance people are very very very very very very very very very very very very WORST.......

Services are good. But there is no transparency in the bill amount, especially if you are going with insurance policy. None of the staffs and doctors won't say about the cost of surgery or any other services. Really an irritating response …
