The Front Office Associate will handle day-to-day tasks including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments and schedules, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the role involves handling inquiries, maintaining office supplies and records, and ensuring the front office area is organized and professional. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in managing appointments and schedules Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records Prior experience in a front office or administrative role is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are beneficial
