As a Quality Control Executive at NPL BlueSky Automotive Ltd., a Nandan Group Company, based in our Moradabad plant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our Adblue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid - DEF) products. NPL BlueSky Automotive is a Technical Joint Venture between Nandan Petrochem Ltd. (NPL) and Kruse Group of Germany, dedicated to manufacturing and supplying AdBlue in India. Our goal is to provide AdBlue to OEMs for their initial fill requirements and to support vehicles utilizing SCR Technology on the roads. Your responsibilities will include conducting various tests on process/batch samples of DEF, raw materials such as DM Water, Urea, and Raw Water, as well as packaging materials. You will be responsible for QC clearance and approval of raw materials, batch samples, packaging materials, and bulk dispatch. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of standard solutions, calibration and maintenance of QC instruments, and documentation maintenance including records of calibration, maintenance, and audits. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality testing using instruments and hold a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
