About Innovation and Technology Centre (ITC) Our Innovation and Technology Centre specializes in creating modular solutions to meet clients' specific needs. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement digital products, platforms, and tools specifically designed for research, analytics, and data management domains. We are at the forefront of technological advancements, and our AI efforts rely on our larger platform called AI for Research and Analytics (AIRA). What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Communicate with internal and external clients to understand business problems, participate in brainstorming sessions, and explore and propose suitable solutions Collect data, optimize data models, and evaluate results Improve existing model developments, wherever applicable Work with solution architects, back-end and front-end teams, etc., to successfully implement assigned use cases Ensure output quality and adhere to project timelines Support the development of AI-based solutions and platforms for various business partners across the globe Graduate / postgraduate in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field More than three years of hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python and C++ Academic background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Experience in open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch Experience in GenAI, knowledge graphs, ranking algorithms, and / or recommendation engines will be advantageous Experience in computer vision / image recognition will be advantageous What we're looking for: Knowledge and experience of building solutions based on large language models, such as GPT, Vicuna, LlaMa-2, and falcon. Experience in LLM fine-tuning will be advantageous In-depth knowledge of vector databases, such as Weaviate, Milvus, and Pinecone Showcase a flexible attitude to new technology and methodologies with a change in clients and business questions Extensive knowledge on NLU, NLP, and common NLP algorithms such as BERT, word2vec, FastText, and ELMO Be familiar with general software design concepts, product development lifecycles, and machine learning model deployments Knowledge of data structures and No-SQL databases Ability to stay updated and quickly grasp new concepts Passionate about learning and growing in the industry Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a can do attitude Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills Disclaimer: The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
