As a developer, you will bring ideas to life by relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability of the development process. You will drive and adhere to software development best practices while continuously seeking to improve and maintain software. Collaborating closely with internal operations teams, you will empower them with technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include automating tasks wherever possible and configuring everything as code. Additionally, you will estimate and manage feature deliveries in a predictable manner, driving discussions to enhance products, processes, and technologies. Incremental changes to the architecture will be made after conducting impact analyses. With 1.5-4 years of experience in product development and architecture, you possess strong fundamentals in Computer Science, especially in Networking, Databases, and Operating Systems. Being organized and self-sufficient with attention to detail, you excel in both front-end and back-end development, preferably as a full-stack developer. Your understanding of MVC frameworks like Rails, Angular, Django, and React, along with familiarity with micro-service architecture and test-driven development, will be essential in this role. Proficiency in *nix systems, AWS/Kubernetes, and SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL, will be advantageous. Previous experience mentoring developers is a plus. Additional experience with NewRelic, Kafka, ElasticSearch, RPC, SOA, Event-driven systems, Message Buses, and designing services/applications from scratch will be highly valued in this position.,
