Designation: Front Desk Executive Department: Admin Salary : 12k to 15k Location: Civil Lines Education: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up for use. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Handle visitor logs and maintain records as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
