Roles and Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, document, administer projects from start to finish. Prepare project reports and analyze data for review. Conduct field visits and manage stakeholders effectively. Develop presentation skills for effective communication with internal & external stakeholders. Prepare PPT of Projects to review the status of implementation. Conduct Filed Visits (70%) on regular basis to support Field Staffs. Planning, Reporting & Documentation of projects. Proficiency in English & Gujarati Language. Able to work for Education, Health, Medical, Nutrition & Other Rural Development Projects. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders. Strong skills in project coordination, execution, monitoring, documentation, administration, analysis, review. 3-5 years of experience in social work or a related field (NGO sector). Should be MSW, MRS, MBA, MA (Sociology) from the reputed University.
