Responsibilities: ▪ Provide accurate information to client. (E.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services) ▪ Support branding and promotion through social media marketing and other relevant channels ▪ To have better coordination & provide excellent service to the client. ▪ Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. Via social media. ▪ Handle the India Mart platform & others online market place. ▪ Shall be responsible for converting inquiry into order in a positive manner. ▪ Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. ▪ Contacting potential clients through telephonic calls and emails. ▪ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients ▪ Report to the Sales Head on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results ▪ Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company. ▪ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Requisite Skills: ▪ The ability and desire to sell. ▪ Should have sales experience. ▪ Excellent communication skills. ▪ High degree of self-motivation and ambition. ▪ Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
